Beautiful Pine Valley Estates is a Deed Restricted neighborhood in southeast Jefferson County, Kentucky. Situated just minutes from the interstate system, Pine Valley Estates‘ location is convenient to grocery and retail shopping. Construction of this beautiful neighborhood began in August of 2000 with the first residents moving into the neighborhood in 2001. By December of 2010 the residents' homeowners association was formed.
Nestled between pine tree ladened wooded areas, residents of Pine Valley Estates experience a touch of nature all around. Razor Creek, a natural dividing point between the front and back sections of the neighborhood, is home to small fish and frogs and a watering hole for deer and other wildlife.
Speeding on Valley Park Drive and Valley Pine Drive continues to be a concern. WATCH YOUR SPEED and be mindful that families with young children and pets live in our neighborhood. Additional speed limit signs have been posted along Valley Pine Drive to remind everyone of the 25 MPH speed limit. Remind young drivers and visitors to abide by this speed limit on our neighborhood streets. We all should be extra watchful of children at play and walkers, especially when going up and down hills where it is easy to accelerate quickly. Keep our streets safe for everyone - Slow Down!
Review the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs) before taking on any project that alters the existing landscaping or structure of your home. Projects must be reviewed for approval prior to beginning. The CCRs and Application for Site Alterations and Improvements form are available to download on the Deeds and Restrictions page.
Spring is almost here, and many homes are in need of some mailbox maintenance. Dull paint, dangling, or missing flags, and faded and peeling numbers are clear indicators that your mailbox is in need of a makeover. Replacing worn out numbers makes your mailbox look sharp and ensures that your address is visible to all. If you have a mailbox that is in need of an extensive repair or replacement, contact the Duggins' Co., Inc. Whether you hire-it-out or prefer to do-it-yourself, be sure to get replacement numbers from the HOA. Replacement numbers are free to all PVE homeowners. Simply contact Marty Bell (502) 550-3778 or email pinevalleylou@gmail.com to request a set. Be sure to leave your name and address when leaving a voicemail or emailing.
If you've made a change in your email address or phone number, please contact Denise Carrell to update your contact information. Access to sections of this website is restricted to neighbors with an email on file with the HOA Secretary
