19th Annual Neighborhood Picnic
Everyone had a wonderful time enjoying great food while socializing with other residents of Pine Valley. More than 40 neighbors attended the event held last fall at the home of Jason and Beth Watkins. The planning committee provided the pulled pork, chicken, hotdogs, baked beans, and desserts. Neighbors provided all of the delicious side dishes. The day was a bit overcast, and we did have a few sprinkles, but that didn't keep everyone from having a good time. A big thanks to several neighbors for providing canopies to sit under during the brief showers. The kids had access to playground equipment, and gauging by the laughter, they had a good time. We had a good time in spite of the weather. The social committee will begin planning the 20th Annual Picnic very soon. Look for details in future e-newsletters.
2023 Marked the Return of the PVE Regifting Party
The Social Committee is seeking a host for the 2026 Holiday Regifting Party. This is a fun post-Christmas/New Year event. Bring a hearty appetizer, beverage of choice, and a wrapped gift - something you'd like to "regift," and watch the fun begin during the wacky gift exchange game.
