The Covenants, Conditions, and (Deed) Restrictions outline the rules homeowners are to follow to keep the property to the standards established by the developer. One of the main jobs of the Pine Valley Estates Board of Directors is to ensure that these standards are maintained.  The documents below are labeled by sections and lot numbers; however, each document contains the same content with the exception for homes built on lots with ponds and/or wooden fences. In this case, refer to the section with the corresponding lot number found on the deed. If unsure of the lot number, contact the HOA.
